The Light Aircraft Association (previously called the Popular Aircraft Association) is the representative body in the United Kingdom for amateur aircraft construction, recreational flying and sport flying. I am trying to compile a list of all the aircraft that have visited their national rallies over the years. As these lits are in no way complete, any additional information / corrections would be gratefully received at laarallyinfo@peterandsusan.co.uk Credits - Thanks go to Steve Barnett, Howard Curtis, Nigel Kemp, Bryan Larkins, Alan Preece, Paul Rushton and the The North Weald Marshalling team and all the staff in Jeff Bell's ATC team for help with the Sywell reports. Credit also to Aerodata and Planebase aircraft databases, Air-Britain, CAE Email list, LASS International, SWAG trip reports and members of the Airfield 2020 email group and the LAA Rallies Past & Present Facebook group Whilst I am a proud member of the Light Aircraft Association, this site is not officially connected with them in any way. Interested in LAA registered aircraft. Please visit my website dedicated to the LAA Register. |
